I began my career in emergency services, where I developed a strong foundation in decision-making under pressure, operational discipline, and accountability in high-risk environments. That early experience shaped my approach to leadership and risk management long before I entered the technology sector.
I later transitioned into technology and cybersecurity leadership roles within highly regulated industries, including banking and healthcare. In these environments, I led initiatives spanning infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and enterprise risk management—balancing security, operational resilience, and business enablement at scale.
Building on that experience, I went on to design and lead enterprise managed services and consulting programs, helping organizations translate complex technical and cybersecurity challenges into practical, cost-effective solutions. My focus has consistently been on aligning technology strategy with business outcomes while maintaining strong governance, security, and compliance.
Today, I’m the founder of Reactforce, where we work with organizations to address cybersecurity and technical risk challenges in a pragmatic, business-driven way. Reactforce was built on the principle that strong security and technology programs should be effective, transparent, and accessible—without unnecessary complexity or inflated costs.
